Luo Zeyu is currently an Associate Professor at West China School of Clinical Medicine, Sichuan University. He received his undergraduate degree in clinical medicine and doctorate in surgery from West China School of Clinical Medicine, Sichuan University. He is a joint PhD student in biomedical engineering and a visiting scholar at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Luo is researching 3D bioprinting, microfluidic technology, organ on chip technology, tissue regeneration, and the pathogenesis of orthopedic diseases.

He has published a series of peer-reviewed papers (total citations >800) in different high-impact journals such as The Lancet, Advanced Materials, PNAS, Nature Communication, Matter, Advanced Function Material, Small, etc.
