Jiaxuan studied for his MD under the supervision of Professor Zongke Zhou at West China Hospital, Sichuan University. He joined the Institute of Orthopaedic Surgery at West China Hospital in May 2022, and began his research training. His research focused on using 3D bioprinting and biomaterials in the engineering of bone and associated tissues and their disease models.
